Welcome to Yunia Korea. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your trip.


1. Booking and Payments

To confirm a reservation, an initial deposit is required. Full payment must be completed at least 30 days prior to the tour start date.

  • Rates are quoted in US Dollars (USD) or Korean Won (KRW).
  • We accept payments via: Bank Transfer, International Credit Cards, Wise, PayPal, etc.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our standard cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Cancellation up to 30 days before the trip: 100% Refund (less administrative fees).
  • Cancellation between 29 and 15 days before: 50% Refund.
  • Cancellation within 14 days or No-Show: No Refund.

*Note: Certain specific services (luxury hotels, special tickets) may have stricter cancellation policies mandated by the providers.


3. Liability

Yunia Korea acts as an intermediary between the client and service providers (hotels, transport, etc.). We are not liable for:

  • Loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings.
  • Delays or itinerary changes due to force majeure (weather, natural disasters, strikes).
  • Personal injury during the trip. We strongly recommend purchasing personal travel insurance.

4. Itinerary Modifications

We reserve the right to modify the itinerary or substitute services with others of equal or higher category if necessary to ensure the safety and comfort of the client.


5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of South Korea.
